In your letter, please include the date of the event, a brief summary about your organization, event address and contact name. You will receive a follow up call or email to confirm that your community appearance form has been received and your appearance is booked. THE TIME AND DATE OF YOUR APPEARANCE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
